Processing Times & Lead Times

Many of our products are handmade, fabricated, coated, assembled, or built to order. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary by product.

Handmade & Built-to-Order Products

Products with a stated lead time on the corresponding product page are made to order.

• Lead times are clearly listed on the corresponding product page and should be reviewed before purchase.
• Depending on demand, production schedules, coating schedules, material availability, and other factors, handmade or built-to-order products may require up to 8 weeks before shipment.
• We make every effort to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible.
• Any lead time listed on the corresponding product page supersedes the general shipping estimates contained in this policy.

In-Stock Products

Products that do not list a specific lead time on the corresponding product page are considered in-stock items.

• In-stock orders typically ship within 1 to 5 business days after an order is placed.
• Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated lead times, delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to:

• Material or supplier shortages
• Manufacturing or coating schedules
• Carrier delays
• Weather events
• Customs processing
• Other unforeseen circumstances

All lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items may be held and shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be rerouted, returned, or reshipped due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
