Terms of Sale, Shipping & Returns

Welcome to Relentless Automotive Development ("R.A.D.," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing products from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Sale, Shipping & Returns Policy.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing errors.
Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.
Due to ongoing product development and manufacturing improvements, products may differ slightly from photos or descriptions shown on the website.
Handmade and Made-to-Order Products
Many R.A.D. products are handcrafted, fabricated, coated, assembled, or built to order.
Lead times for these products are displayed on the applicable product page. Unless otherwise stated, handmade or made-to-order products may require up to 8 weeks for production before shipment.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, supplier delays, coating schedules, manufacturing requirements, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In-Stock Products
Products that do not display a specific lead time are generally considered in stock and typically ship within 5 business days of order placement.
Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using carriers selected by R.A.D. Shipping costs and available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Once an order has been shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
R.A.D. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, acts of nature, labor disputes, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be rerouted or reshipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees, customs charges, and other costs associated with international shipments.
R.A.D. is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed by the destination country.
Returns
Due to the custom, handmade, made-to-order, and performance-oriented nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved by R.A.D.
Return requests for eligible items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must:
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Be in original condition.
- Include all original packaging and components.
- Be approved by R.A.D. prior to return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
A restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built products
- Made-to-order products
- Special-order products
- Coated or modified products
- Installed or used products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or neglect
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to assist in resolving the issue.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, R.A.D. products include a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covering defects in workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Abuse or misuse
- Racing or competitive use
- Accidents or collisions
- Unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by other vehicle components
Catalytic converters carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty unless otherwise specified.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by R.A.D.
Performance Parts Disclaimer
Many products sold by R.A.D. are intended for performance applications and may not be legal for use on public roads in all jurisdictions.
It is the customer's responsibility to determine compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relentless Automotive Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
